Dear Alepine Customers,
|
|
In order to streamline warranty procedures, provide a better quality of service and to reduce time in processing warranty claims, so that we can get products or replacements back to you in the fastest possible turnaround time, Alepine have prepared a list of requirements for customers to follow, relevant to the product that has been purchased.
Additions and updates will be made to this warranty guide as new products and brands are added to the Alepine portfolio of computer components and peripherals. If in doubt please check that you have the latest version of this document.

Warranty Terms
|
- Only in the case of DOA (Dead on Arrival) products will it be possible to do a straight exchange or have an immediate credit issued. DOA claims must be made within 14 days of the date on the invoice for that item. Excluding where the Vendor offers on-site warranty.
- Products will only be credited where the incorrect product was supplied, or where a credit request has been approved within 14 days of invoice and the goods are in the original packaging as supplied.
- Unless warranties are handled directly by the Vendor/Manufacturer, all products supplied through Alepine are subject to the original manufacturer warranty period and terms and conditions of their warranty policy.
- In circumstances whereby the product has become (EOL) End of Life, Alepine retains the right to replace the given item with the next logical alternative/brand, or to issue a credit for the product.
- Alepine does not hold itself liable for any products that have been tampered with, altered, or damaged in any way due to user negligence.
- In many cases support or warranty claims need to be made directly to, and processed by, the Vendor/Manufacturer of the product and not to Alepine Peripherals; For example: Netcomm, Hewlett Packard or Lenovo products.
